Often I receive generalized questions from people about what they should eat. The truth is everyone might benefit from a slightly different diet but the principles of good in equals good out will always remain true. That having been said, and this article being about fresh whole produce most people just don't get enough. On top of that once everyone begins to realize some of the most commonly consumed produce is actually the worst for pesticide residues they become even further deterred.
Good in equals good out means that if the food we eat is truly whole, fresh, and organic then only good can come out of it. Its also a little toilet humor if you can interpret the statement in relation to stool quality.
Crucial to remember that the benefits of fruits and vegetables outweigh the shortcomings of pesticide exposure. Thankfully for everyone the Environmental Working Group (EWG) is working around the clock with their team of scientists, engineers, lawyers, and computer programmers to bring reviewed government data forward to contribute to awareness on this issue.
